Ohjetta ei ole vielä kokeiltu, mutta laitan tänne kun aika harvoin näkee leivonnaisohjeita, joissa olisi käytetty hirssiä.
200 g voita tai margariinia
2 dl sokeria
150 g (4 dl) manteli- tai pähkinäjauhetta
1 tl vaniljasokeria
3 munaa
1 sitruuna, kuori ja mehu
2 tl leivinjauhetta
2 dl hirssihiutaleita
Voitele ja jauhota esim. pähkinäjauheella tai -rouheella halkaisijaltaan n. 23 cm kokoinen tasapohjainen vuoka.
Vaahdota rasva ja sokeri kuohkeaksi. Sekoita joukkoon mantelijauhe ja vaniljasokeri. Lisää munat yksitellen voimakkaasti sekoittaen. Pese sitruuna hyvin ja raasta keltainen kuoriosa takinaan. Halkaise sitruuna ja purista mehu. Sekoita sitruunamehu taikinan joukkoon leivinhauheen ja hirssihiutaleiden kanssa. Kaadaa taikina vuokaan, tasoita pinta ja kypsennä 175 asteessa noin 1 tunti ja 15 minuuttia.
Resepti löytyy viimeisimmästä Kodin Pellervosta, huhtikuu 2009. Lehdessä on muitakin gluteenittomia leivonnaisohjeita ja ne löytyy netistä Pellervon sivuilta.
Kokeilen tätä pikimmiten, koska tuo hirssin käyttö tuppaa jäämään aikaa vähäiseksi.
