Jurmalassa oli hyvin vähän tarjolla gluteenitonta ruokaa. Tarjoilijat kyllä ymmärsivät hyvin englantia mutteivät mitä gluteeniton tarkoittaa, joten oli itse valittava turvalliselta vaikuttava kala/kana ja vihannekset. KAIS-ravintolassa tarjoilija pyysi kokin paikalle ja hän suositteli mitkä ruoat voi tehdä gluteenittomana ja valmisti kanan kanssa ihan oman, gluteenittoman kastikkeen.
