Gluteeniton kääretorttu
4 munaa
1,5dl sokeria
1,25dl tattarijauhoja
1 tl leivinjauhetta
Täyte:
1 dl kuohukermaa
1 prk (200g) maustamatonta tuorejuustoa
1 appelsiinin raastettu kuoti ja mehu
Vaahdota munat ja sokeri. Sekoita keskenään jauhot ja leivinjauhe ja siivilöi seos munavaahtoon. Kääntele seos varoen tasaiseksi. Levitä taikina leivinpaperin päälle uunipannulle ja paista 225 asteessa 7-8 minuuttia. Kumoa torttulevy heti uunisto ton jälkeen sokeroidulle leivinpaperille. Jäähdytä. Vaahdota kerma, notkista tuorejuusto ja sekoita ne keskenään. Lisää joukkoon 1 appelsiinin raastettu kuori ja mehu. Levitä täyte jäähtyneelle torttulevylle ja kääri torttu tiukalle rullalle leivinpaperin sisään, jonka viet jääkaappiin kylmään yön yli jähmetttymään. Tarjoa vasta seuraavana päivänä,jollointortusta on helppo leikata viipaleita.
