1dl sulatettua voita
½dl tattarijauhoja
1rkl luomumantelijauhoa
1rkl jyttejauhoa
½dl Farinan karkeita riisijauhoja
noin 4dl provenan gluteenitonta jauhoa
Lämmitä vesi reilusti kädenlämpöiseksi, lisää kuivahiiva, psyllium, fibrex, suola, sokeri, partaäijä ja kaurahiutaleet ja anna turvota noin 10-15min. Sekoita sillä välin jauhosekoitus ja sulata voi.
Vatkaa sähkövatkaimen taikinakoukuilla nopealla teholla noin ½dl jauhonlisäysvauhtia, jotta taikina saa kunnon sitkon aikaan. Nosta lusikalla 12-15kpl nokareita pellille ja kohota sen aikaa, että uuni lämpeää 225´C ja paista sämpylöitä noin 12min. Kypsyyden voi kokeilla ottamalla patalapulla sämpylä kouraan ja sormilla koputella pohjaa. Jos ääni on ontto, sämpylä on kypsä.
