Jag har hittat och bott på ett alldeles underbart litet familjehotell i Rabland cirka 10 km från Merano i Vinschgau-dalen. Hotellets e-mail adress är www.hotelweiss.it . Hotellet har halvpension. Kvällsmåltiden består av en 5 rätters middag. Hotellet har vunnit pris för sin glutenfria mat. På morgonmålet fick man glutenfritt bröd och musli. Jag åt bl.a. en himmelsgod lasange där.Redan när man bokar rum frågas det hur många av resenärerna som har keliaki.
