jouduin olemaan reilun vuorokauden syömättä ennen tähystystä. huomasin, että asiaa helpottikin ruokaohjelmien katselu, toisin kuin olisi olettanut.

Kauhistus! Olisin armottoman migreenin kourissa päivystyksessä jos pitäisi noin kauan olla syömättä.
