olen ollut gluteenittomalla dietiillä reilut 2vuotta.oireilua edelleen.kävin asyra-testissä.ongelmaksi todettiin tärkkelys.ei gluteeni.
eli kotimaiset viljat pois, riisi pois, maissi pois, peruna pois..
nyt kaupassakäynti muuttuikin todella mielenkiintoiseksi
