4 munan valkuaista
1 tl etikkaa
2,5 dl sokeria
2 tl maissitärkkelystä
1 tl vaniljasokeria
täytteeseen 2 dl kermaa ja marjoja, tai säilykemandariineja.
Erottele valkuaiset ja lisää etikka, vatkaa vaahdoksi.
Lisää 1 dl sokeria vähitellen ja vatkaa kovaksi vaahdoksi.
Yhdistä loput sokerit ja maissitärkkelys ja lisää vaahtoon, vatkaa vielä niin että vaahto pysyy kulhossa vaikka käännät sen ylösalaisin.
Levitä vaahto leivinpaperoidulle uunipellille kuten tekisit kääretortun, ja paista 175 asteessa 15 min.
Kumoa sokeroidulle leivinpaperille ja anna jäähtyä, vatkaa kerma ja levitä se marjojen tms. kanssa tortulle, kääri rullalle ja nauti.
Tämä ohje on samantyyppinen kuin kaupassa myytävät gluteenittomat Budapest-leivokset. Taivaallisen hyvää!
