Tukholman keskustan Åhlénsin tavaratalon kahvilasta (nimeä en nyt muista, mutta samassa yhteydessä kahvilan kanssa on ravintola) sai ilman ongelmia täytetyn sämpylän gluteenittomana ja suhtautuminen oli auttavaista ja gluteenittomuus vaikutti tutulta asialta.
