Etninen ryhmä: Mamman pojat ja Rasmun Nallen ystävät eli suomeksi sanottuna kaikki lettujen ja räiskäleiden ystävät.
Tausta: täysin maidottomien ja luontaisesti gluteenittomien lettujen paistaminen tuntui aluksi olevan taitolaji, johon minulla ei ollut edellytyksiä, mutta sitten syntyi resepti, jonka aina muistan ja jolla ruokaisat letut syntyvät helposti ja varmasti kerta toisensa jälkeen. Voi miten muistelenkaan niitä lukuisia yrityksiä hajonneita ja sotkuisia mönjiä paistinpannulla, joita ei saanut kunnolla vahvimman hillonkaan voimalla syötettyä muuta kuin koirille ja itselle jäi palkaksi vain nälkä!
Resepti:
Muistisääntö 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 ja paistamaan ja maistamaan!
2 tl suolaa
4 tl vaniljasokeria
6 dl gluteenittomia jauhoja (pelkkää tattaria riittää vajaa 6 dl)
8 kpl kananmunia (luomua tietysti!)
10 dl (eli yksi litra) vettä
sekoita aineet keskenään ja paista heti - ei tarvitse turvottaa, sekoittaminen aina välillä paistamisen lomassa riittää. Paistamiseen käytän kookosöljyä tai sellaista paistoöljyä että täysin maidotonkin voi syödä. Ruokaisaa ja hyvää!
