Resepti löytyykin jo tuolta keskustelun puolelta mutta laitetaan nyt vinkkeihinkin.
2 raavaan miehen annokseen:
200 g gluteenitonta spaghettia
1 iso punasipuli
loraus öljyä
1 tl häränlihafondia
1 prk (2,5 dl) Portin hollandaise-kastiketta
1 rkl Turun tulista sinappia
Pippuria rouhittuna
(Pekonia)
Laita pasta kiehumaan runsaaseen suolattuun veteen ja keitä al dente ohjeen mukaan. Pilko iso punasipuli, palat saa olla maun mukaan ja sinne päin. Heitä toisen kattilan pohjalle ja loraus öljyä seuraksi. Kuulota hetki. Lisää pussillinen Scanin minilihapullia kattilaan fondin kera, heiluttele hetki. Lisää sitten valmiskastike ja anna kiehahtaa, mausta sinapilla ja pippurilla, sekoita hyvin. Valuta pasta hyvin ja lisää kastike varovasti sekoitellen pastan joukkoon. Kastikkeeseen voi laittaa myös pekonia, tällöin pilko se pienehköiksi palasiksi ja laita ensimmäisenä kattilaan, kuulottaen sipulin pekonin rasvassa.
Valmista tulee vartissa ja on erittäin herkullista.
