Eräässä maailman kylmimmistä paikoista eli Etelämantereella on kauppa, jossa on kolmen hyllyn kokoinen gluteenittomien tuotteiden valikoima. Talvella kauppa on vain tiedemiesten käytössä, mutta kesällä myös turistien. Kauppa on Australian sektorilla ja tuotteet tulevat Uusi-Seelannista.
