Mainio ohje mustikkapiirakalle. Vaihdoin jauhot Sunnuntain tummiin glutenittomiin jauhoihin.
Ohjeessa ei sanottu, mutta kokemuksesta vaahdotin rasvaa ja sokeria todella pitkään. Siten, että suurinosa sokerista on liuennut rasvaan.
Sitten todella varovasti pienin lorauksin munaa joukkoon ja raivokkaasta vatkausta joka välissä.
Mamman marjapiiras
Muropohjainen mustikkapiirakka on kesän parhaimpia herkkuja. Sitä mehevöittää kermaviilitäyte. Piiraaseen sopivat myös puna- tai mustaherukat.
Pohja:
100 g margariinia
1/2 dl sokeria
1 kananmuna
2 dl gluteenitonta jauhoa (esim. Sunnuntain tummia)
1 tl leivinjauhetta
Täyte:
3 dl mustikoita
1 tlk kermaviiliä
1 kananmuna
1/2 dl sokeria
1 tl vaniljasokeria
1.Vaahdota margariini ja sokeri, vatkaa joukkoon muna.
2.Yhdistä kuivat aineet ja sekoita seos vaahtoon.
3.Painele taikina jauhotetuin käsin torttuvuoan pohjalle ja
reunoille.
4.Levitä marjat torttupohjalle.
5.Sekoita kermaviili, muna, sokeri ja vaniljasokeri. Kaada
seos marjojen päälle.
6.Kypsennä 200-asteisen uunin alimmalla tasolla noin puoli
tuntia. Jos piiras on pohjasta raaka, pane se vielä
viideksi minuutiksi uunin pohjalle jälkilämpöön
