Paras gluteeniton näkkileipä
2 dl maissijauhoja
¾ dl auringonkukansiemeniä
½ dl pellavansiemeniä
½ dl seesaminsiemeniä
½ dl kurpitsansiemeniä
2½ dl kiehuvaa vettä
½ dl öljyä
sormisuolaa
Laita uuni 150°C (kiertoilma).
Sekoita kaikki kuivat ainekset kulhossa.
Kaada kiehuva vesi ja öljy kulhoon ja sekoita tasaiseksi massaksi.
Kaada massa pellille leivinpaperin päälle.
Laita käsi muovipussiin ja tasoita taikina mahdollisimman ohueksi (sen pitäisi peittää miltei koko pelti).
Sirottele viimeisenä sormisuola taikinan pinnalle (voit halutessasi taputella suolan taikinaan kädellä).
Leikkaa taikina sopivan kokoisiksi paloiksi. Taikinan voi myös jättää kokonaiseksi, jolloin valmiista näkkileivästä voi murtaa paloja.
Paista uunissa noin tunti.
Anna näkkileivän jäähtyä.
