Gluteeniton leivonta
Tällainen Valittujen Palojen kustantama gluteeniton leivontaopas löytyi BookPlussasta. Kirjan on kirjoittanut Elisabeth Ekstrand Hemmingsson ja kuvaus kertoo seuraavaa:
"Keliakia ei merkitse mautonta, murenevaa leipää vaan maukasta ruokaleipää ja suussa sulavia herkkuja. Gluteeniton leivonta antaa ohjeet niiden valmistamiseen. Nauti maistuvista leivistä ja herkullisista kahvileivistä - arkisista leivistä juhlien makupaloihin ja kakkuihin!"
